Repairs & Maintenance and Voids Framework
Notice Description
This framework opportunity will cover a wide range of reactive, cyclical and void property maintenance work to be undertaken by Castlehill Housing Association over the next 4 years. A wide range of Builder, Joiner, Roofing, Gutter Cleaning, Plumbing, Electrical (including upkeep of fire alarm systems and all associated fittings, emergency lighting etc), Appliance Repairs, TV Equipment Repairs, Pest Control, Decoration (to internal, external and communal areas), Drainage and Cleaning works will be required at various locations throughout Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray. The Contract will be divided into lots based on both location and trade, so that contractors can bid for specific work in specific areas only if they wish. A full list of the properties currently scheduled for works during the upcoming framework period has been included in the additional documents section of this notice.
