A further competition being run nationally on behalf of NHS Scotland Health Boards to award a contract for NHS Scotland National Contact Centre Services. The NSS National Contact Centre (NCC) is a key part of the Test, Trace and Vaccinate function described in the Scottish Government's Test and Protect Strategy. Along with services carried out by local NHS Boards, the NCC will provide contact and booking services at a national level thereby providing an effective, flexible and scalable response across Scotland. Two suppliers will be appointed to the call off contract with 50% of these additional support requirements allocated to each supplier. The call-off competition for this award was by invitation only to those suppliers awarded on to the National Framework NSS202125 Call Centre Services.. The total spends noted is from current approximate annual spend of 1.8m GBP over the planned duration of 2 years + 2 x 12-month optional extension periods. The full term is dependent on recurrent funding being made available by the Scottish Government for these services.
