The works are for Phase 2 and shall involve scaffolding elevations, new external walls, structural works, windows and doors, wall, ceiling and floor finishes, kitchen and bathroom fittings, internal walls, and mechanical and electrical services installation and decoration. All as per the attached drawing. Phase 1 Is 100% complete and was for the strip out only, so this phase 2, contractor will have an empty shell to work with.
