    The Scottish Ministers acting through Marine Directorate invites tenders to providesupport and maintenance for the current product or alternative Quality Managementsolution.Marine Directorate currently operates a Quality Management System (Q Pulse software version 7.1) hosted on an internal server. The package is used to control both Quality Management and Health and Safety documentation, manage and record audit findings and nonconformities, manage assets including calibration scheduling and recording calibrations and servicing, manage asset lists, manage suppliers lists and record staff training.The Quality Management documentation supports meeting requirements of ISO 17025, ISO 17020 and Joint Code of Practice, while H&S documentation fulfils legal requirements
