A minimum of USD 500,000,000 on each vessel, all claims inclusive of costs, fees and expenses either approved or incurred by the insurer, for any one accident or occurrence or series of accidents or occurrences arising out of one event; The procedure undertaken to evaluate the economic and financial standing of the bidders SPD section 4B6 is detailed in Appendix 1. The standard ratios and metrics which will be used as part of the assessment are detailed in Appendix 2."
