The type of arrangement is a supply contract for the provision of Time Charter Tug Hire of suitable technical specification and class to meet the needs of the Council in Towage operations. The contract will be for a period of 50 days initially (to commence 0900 hours 27 March 2025 with the option to extend for a further 14 days.

Although under threshold, an Open Procedure is being followed in accordance with the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016.. Vessel must be able to operate at the Port of Sullom Voe on 27th March 2025.
Renewal: Option to extend for up to 14 days.
