Moray Council, as a roads authority, have a duty under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to manage and maintain the public roads within the region. The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 outline the requirements for road signage and markings. This tender process will create a single supplier framework for the provision of these works.

Moray Council, as a roads authority, have a duty under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to manage and maintain the public roads within the region. The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 outline the requirements for road signage and markings. This agreement will establish a single supplier framework for the provision of lining and stud work in association with the regulations.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: Agreement may be extended for a further 1*12 month extension
