This award notice relates to the contract Awarded for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of an Automated Dosing Platform for CMAC. This contract was created following the negotiated procedure without prior publication under Regulation 33.1.(a). The Contracting Authority initially conducted a tender process for this requirement in relation to the Contract Notice (AUG511242). The tender issued received no suitable tenders, therefore the negotiated procedure without prior publication was conducted.
Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the Successful Tenderer, either intended as partial replacement of supplies or installations or as extensions of existing supplies and installations. The Contracting Authority may at it's sole discretion exercise this option.
