NHS Dumfries & Galloway (NHSDG) is seeking to appoint a HV Maintenance Contractor to provide these services. Services will be provided to NHSDG properties Mountainhall Treatment Centre and Midpark Hospital in Dumfries and Galloway as detailed in Appendix B HV Database Asset Schedule enclosed.

Dumfries & Galloway NHS Board (hereinafter for the purposes of this documentation shall be referred to as NHSDG) requires a provider to undertake Emergency Light Testing to NHSDG properties throughout Dumfries & Galloway in accordance with the guidance and requirements detailed in the Schedule of Works, SPD and Contract Notice.

HV & LV air circuit breaker maintenance as per the requirements in SFG20 maintenance schedules. Emergency breakdown cover on a 24/7 three hundred and sixty-five day a year basis. It is a mandatory requirement of NHSDG that all contractors must be registered as CHAS Advanced members proof of registration will be required prior to acceptance of any contractor. If not CHAS Advanced registered at the time of submission of the SPD, then a stated undertaking that if successful at the ITT stage this will be achieved within six months of contract award is acceptable at this stage."
