Notice Description

Fund Manager services for the DLGH Upstream Homelessness Prevention Fund. The Upstream Homelessness Prevention Fund has been created to respond to calls from a coalition of housing and anti-poverty organisations for funding for tenancy sustainment and homelessness prevention support, as part of the wider urgent plan to tackle the housing emergency and stem the flow of all forms of homelessness. The coalition urged ministers to build more homes and invest in helping people keep the homes they have, and recommended a shift in spending from crisis intervention to prevention.
