Notice Description

Provision of advice on safety critical assets on Cairngorm Mountain. The Framework has a start date of 25.6.2025 and an end date of 24.6.2027 plus 2 optional 12 month extensions.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The 2 year budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP70k - GBP85k (excluding VAT). It is expected that the total value of the Framework, including all extensions will be between GBP130k - GBP150k.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8, 9 and 10 of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Options: Description of options: HIE may modify this contract with regard to demand and budgetary availability or where HIE's strategic focus changes as a result of changes in Scottish Government policy or as a result of a direction given to them by the Scottish Government. This may result in amendments to requirements under the contract including but not limited to: - additional number of hours support required - reduction in the number of hours support required - addition of similar Services In these situations, HIE will agree a price variation based on the pricing submitted as part of your bid.

Renewal: It is expected that these services will be required from July 2025 for an initial period of 2 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework agreement, with HIE having the option to extend for 2 optional periods of 1 year plus 1 year following the Initial Term.
