Notice Description

The University is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of Roofs 1 & 2 at the Graham Hills Building. This project involves a full overlay installation with a tapered insulation deck to improve thermal efficiency (U-values) and the application of an IKO felt system that includes a 20-year guarantee.
