CalMac Ferries Ltd (CFL) is seeking to award a contract to a creative agency that will support the shape, development and management of inspiring multichannel content that can be tailored to relevant targets and used over a number of years. The first project of this partnership will involve the strategic direction and creation of Island Guides for all the island destinations on our ferry network. These guides should be informative, visually engaging, and accessible across all relevant customer touchpoints.

Caledonian MacBrayne requires a partner with proven experience in creating, activating and managing successful, targeted design across owned and earned channels that positively impacts revenue growth, brand reputation and brand knowledge. The partner must be able to provide the following: - Inspiring multichannel content that is adaptable and has longevity - Content that has the flexibility to adapt to partnership messages and themes - A suite of useable assets that can be tailored to relevant targets - Partnership working with an inhouse team and key third parties - social media, Media Buyer, Brand Team, Insight, etc. The partner will be required to work on a variety of projects throughout the year for assets used across the website, social media, paid media and more, however exact projects are yet to be determined
Renewal: Option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months.
