The contract is for a three year period with the option to extend on a yearly basis for a further 2 years, subject to review by the management committee and, ultimately, the Association's Members at the Annual General Meeting .. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: There is an option to extend the contract on an annual basis for a further two years.
