The contract will be for 1 year with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months if required.

Scottish Enterprise are seeking to put in place a contract with a provider for an online research platform. Scottish Enterprise carry out a number of projects which maintain and improve on business as usual or are transforming the way that Scottish Enterprise delivers services to customers. We adopt a user centred design approach and follow the Digital First Service Standard from Scottish Government where required. To aid our work we use a variety of methodologies and software for the testing of websites, prototypes, static images, mobile sites, and published applications to better understand user behaviour. This includes face to face user research and online research activities. We need an online research platform which will enable us to support the work we do on Scottish Enterprise's key projects as well as improvements to our products and service delivery. The contract will be for 1 year with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months if required.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The contract will be for an initial 12 months with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months each if required.
