The contract will commence on 23 June 2025 and run until the 31 March 2026.

Orkney Islands Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to support the delivery of No-One Left Behind by providing targeted Specialist Employability Support for individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions. The contract will commence on 23 June 2025 and run until the 31 March 2026. Specialist Employability Support is targeted at people with significant and on-going barriers to employment whose needs are not able to be met by mainstream employability support and who require a longer-term approach with a particular focus on significant aftercare and in-work support to sustain employment. Examples of specialist employment support include but are not limited to Individual Placement and Support (IPS), Supported Employment, David Forbes-Nixon (DFN) Project Search.
