Moray Council is seeking a single supplier framework to engage with a contractor to deliver a number of civil engineering projects over a 2-3 year period, funding has been received through the levelling up funding from UK Government.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The framework may be extended for a further period of 1x 12 months
