The provision of asbestos surveys and associated works commencing in August 2025 for a period of 3 years (with the option for 2 x 12 month extensions). Surveys will be for both domestic and non-domestic properties including circulation spaces, solum space, floor voids, loft, roof/soffits/fascias, external plumbing elements and external outbuildings. The types of surveys required will be management, refurbishment and demolition.

Renewal: 2 x 12 month extensions subject to the availability of funding.
