This project aims to enhance how we engage with stakeholders, ensuring our website is user-friendly, visually engaging, and fit for purpose. The current website has been in place since 2018 and requires a refresh to better reflect our strategic objectives, provide clearer navigation, and improve accessibility in line with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards. The new website should offer an intuitive experience for diverse audiences, including stakeholders, communities, and the general public. The successful supplier will be expected to work closely with the Dalmuir Park Housing Association team to deliver a modern, responsive, and scalable website that aligns with our organisational values and priorities. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) sets out the project requirements, procurement process, and evaluation criteria.
