Artificial Intelligence Return on Investment Business Case
Notice Description
Renfrewshire Council's require a service provider to evaluate the Council's current AI readiness, to identify opportunities for AI improvements and to develop a structured roadmap for AI adoption. Through a series of workshops, data analysis, and AI trials, the assessment shall provide the Council with a clear understanding of how AI solutions can enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. The project will include stakeholder engagement, financial validation, solution demonstrations, and a business case development, culminating in a detailed assessment report and final presentation to senior leadership.
