1. Strong experience of project and programme management in the digital programme is essential, as is a strong ability to plan and engage collaboratively with stakeholders.2. Experience of managing governance for digital projects/programmes in the public sector. An understanding of Scottish Government governance would be an advantage.3. Excellent communication skills and experience of working in multi-disciplinary digital teams within complex, active programme environment.4. Experience of programme assurance ensuring adherence to agreed policies, standards and principles.
