Procurement Information
This contract is awarded under the Scottish Government's Desktop Client Devices Framework (SP-22-019), which was openly tendered and awarded in full compliance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The framework was advertised through PCS and FTS, and HP Inc. UK Limited was selected as the single supplier following a fair evaluation based on quality (30%) and price (70%). As this is a single-supplier framework with fixed terms, Regulation 33 allows us to place orders directly without any further publication or competition. The products and services we require are fully covered by the framework scope. This call-off is therefore lawful, compliant, and simply follows the process already established through the original competitive framework tender.
