Procurement Information
The SP-19-020 Mobile Client Devices framework was established as a single-supplier framework (HP Inc UK Ltd) following an open and transparent procurement, with prior publication of a VEAT and contract award notice. Direct awards under this framework are lawful under Regulation 33(1)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
