Sections of the front elevation are to have lothomex repairs to damaged stonework. The chimney stacks are to be tap tested and allowance has been made for stripping and re-rendering. The rainwater goods are to be overhauled and redecorated. Internally, damaged sections of plaster are to be replaced.
