ScotRail requires a Service Provider (SP) to provide Environmental Monitoring, Testing and Analysis Services. These services will include periodic testing and audits in conformance with the ScotRail's Environmental Management Plan. The SP will provide environmental testing to four separate areas of ScotRail operations. The first is the depot testing service, the operations site testing, the ISFE locations and on train testing services. On train testing refers to all ScotRail operated fleet testing.
