Procurement Information
Akoya Biosciences, Inc. is the exclusive manufacturer and service provider for the PhenoImager HT, PhenoCycler, and PhenoImager Fusion imaging systems. These spatial biology instruments are highly specialised tissue imagers, designed and produced under multiple patents, adhering to the highest standards of quality to ensure reliability, ease of use, and data integrity. Proper maintenance of these instruments is critical for ensuring the research outcomes demanded. Service and support for these products are offered exclusively by Akoya's team of highly trained and certified Service and Support Engineers. All Service and Support Engineers are direct employees of Akoya Biosciences. Each engineer undergoes rigorous training to attain certification on Akoya's instruments and is required to engage in continuous professional development to maintain certification for the PhenoImager HT, PhenoCycler, and PhenoImager Fusion product families. Certified service and support for Akoya products are available exclusively through Akoya Biosciences. There are no authorised or certified third-party providers for the service and support of Akoya instruments
