Agilent Technologies LDA UK Limited is the exclusive manufacturer and service provider for the Novocyte instruments installed within the IRR - The Novocyte Penteon 5 laser and the Novocyte 3 laser systems. Proper maintenance of these instruments is critical for ensuring the research outcomes demanded. Service and support for these products are offered exclusively by Agilent's team of highly trained and certified Service and Support Engineers. Certified service and support for Agilent products are available exclusively through Agilent. There are no authorised or certified third-party providers for the service and support of Agilent Novocyte instruments.
