Notice Description
City of Glasgow College requires a suitably qualified supplier to provide ad-hoc repair, maintenance, and support services for the closed-circuit surveillance (CCTV) system at the Marine Skill Centre. The contract will cover fault diagnosis, corrective repairs, replacement of defective components, emergency call-outs, and routine servicing to ensure the continued safe and effective operation of the College's CCTV infrastructure.

City of Glasgow College seeks to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified supplier to provide ad-hoc repair, maintenance, and support services for its closed-circuit surveillance (CCTV) system located at the Marine Skill Centre. The successful supplier will be responsible for carrying out fault diagnosis, corrective repairs, and replacement of defective components across the CCTV network, including cameras, recorders, cabling, power supplies, and associated infrastructure. The scope also includes the provision of emergency call-out services (including out-of-hours support where necessary), as well as scheduled or preventative maintenance visits where instructed by the College. All works must be carried out by competent personnel in compliance with relevant industry standards, health and safety legislation, and the College's internal security and data protection requirements. Service reports must be provided following each intervention, with recommendations for system improvements or further remedial action where appropriate. The services must ensure system compatibility, continuity of service, and clear accountability for all aspects of maintenance and support.
