The works comprise external and internal repairs at 17 Watson Crescent, Edinburgh, including slate and flat roof works, chimney and stonework repairs, rainwater goods overhaul, and refurbishment of common stair areas within occupied housing stock.

Lot 1
The contract comprises external and internal repair and refurbishment works to housing stock managed by Wheatley Homes East. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to: Slate and flat roof repairs and renewals Chimney and stonework repairs Overhaul and repair of rainwater goods Refurbishment of common stair areas, including finishes and associated works The works will be carried out in occupied properties and must be delivered with minimal disruption to residents. The contractor will be required to act as Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations, manage all subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
