North Ayrshire Council ("NAC") requires the construction of a 3-meter shared use path/active travel route which connects the roundabout at Riverside Way/Long Drive and the B730, south of the A71 underpass. The route predominantly follows the northern bank of the River Irvine and is approximately 2.42km in total length. The anticipated contract start date is June 2026 until May 2027. Exact start date will be confirmed at the pre-start meeting. Thereafter the 12 months defects liability period will commence.
