Partick Housing Association intends to enter into a contract with three suitably qualified electrical contractors to carry out reactive repairs to their tenanted properties over a two-year period, with an option to extend on a yearly basis at the Client's discretion for a further maximum period of up to three years. Reactive electrical repairs within tenanted properties include but not limited to isolating and making safe, sourcing electrical faults, supply and installation of electrical accessories and re-wiring.

Partick Housing Association intends to enter into a contract with three suitably qualified electrical contractors to carry out reactive repairs to their tenanted properties over a two-year period, with an option to extend on a yearly basis at the Client's discretion for a further maximum period of up to three years. Reactive electrical repairs within tenanted properties include but not limited to isolating and making safe, sourcing electrical faults, supply and installation of electrical accessories and re-wiring.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in anyof the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland)Regulations 2015.

Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 36 month period.
