Notice Description

Argyll & Bute Council (ABC) is seeking a consultancy partner to assist with the design and implementation of Information Management controls within their existing M365 tenancy and provide up-skilling to their own in-house staff. For full details on the background and scope of requirements, please refer the attached Tender Document.

There are two key aims of this project: - To move our unstructured data over from existing file shares to M365 and at the same time design and apply Information Management controls which will reduce the overhead of managing our data. - To upskill both our IM Team and our ICT Team so they can move forward and maintain these IM controls within M365 In June 2025 a paper proposing an Information Management Project was presented and accepted by ELT. The Project defines a 7-stage approach for each Service, the specific duties envisaged to be undertaken by the IM Consultant are outlined in the attached Tender Document.. Please see attached Tender documents for the full details in relation to this requirement.

Renewal: The Contract may be extended at the option of Argyll and Bute Council, subject to satisfactory performance of the contract in discussion with the successful tenderer.
