Notice Description
HHP require suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide Design and Build (D&B) services for the upgrading and refurbishment of 50 MacAulay Road. The contractor's design and build proposal will include all necessary alterations to bring the property up to a habitable standard which must be compliant with the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and ready for immediate occupancy on completion. There are also internal alterations to reinstate some rooms to their former use.
