Notice Description

Thenue Housing Association (THA) spend approximately 8,000,000 GBP per year on both planned and responsive maintenance across Glasgow. These works are delivered through circa 25nr contracts currently, with many expiring in the next year or so. THA would like to invite relevant suppliers to attend a Meet the Buyer event to get a understanding of the potential range of works being tendered in the next year or so which includes: - Replacement of Kitchens, Bathrooms, Doors & Windows - Cyclical Painting Services - Electrical testing / PAT Testing - Fire Alarm Servicing - Lightning Protection Inspection and Testing - Gas Servicing, Maintenance & Audit (incl Commercial Boilers) - Ventilation Servicing and Maintenance - Close Cleaning - Gutter Cleaning & Anchor Maintenance - Tenement Sandstone Works THA are also interested to understand the market view on the most efficient strategy to procure these works and would welcome the opportunity to engage with the market to inform THA's Repairs and Maintenance Contract Strategy. The event will have a short presentation followed by a Q&A session. When: The event will be held on two dates - 27th October 2025 and 29th October at 1pm on both dates. Interested parties are only required to attend one session. Please advise which is your preferred session on your RSVP.
