PURCH2741 Provision of a Framework for the Provision of Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) Needs Assessments This procurement process is being conducted using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the PC(S)R 2015. Although this procurement is being conducted under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN), it is structured differently from a typical CPN process. This approach has been adopted to enhance the efficiency of evaluating supplier responses across both stages (SPD and ITT). The University of Glasgow is committed to disability equality and ensuring all students have a positive experience of their learning, teaching and research environment. To this end, the University is seeking to appoint a single supplier to provide study-related needs assessments to support Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) applications for students who are funded by SAAS (Student Awards Agency Scotland). DSA is funding that disabled students can access to pay for additional disability-related support costs associated with studying or attending University. DSA can be used to pay for a variety of additional costs such as equipment, software and training, travel expenses or non-medical personal help (NMPH). Renewal: Fixed Term Period of 2 years with an extension period of 2 x 12 months.

It is not advisable for Suppliers to wait until the last moment before creating and dispatching a response in case of any last minute problems.
