Notice Description
The Council are seeking suitably qualified providers to provide executive coaching for our senior leaders, over a set period of 4 years including evaluation at the end of this period, meeting differing requirements of senior leaders within the Council. It would be preferable to have a pool of providers from different schools and styles of coaching.

The Council are seeking suitably qualified providers to deliver executive coaching for our senior leaders, over a set period of 4 years including evaluation at the end of this period. To address the varied needs of senior leaders, it is anticipated that a Framework agreement will be set-up with a pool of up to 5 providers representing different coaching schools and approaches will be established. This will allow for flexibility in matching senior leaders with the most appropriate coaching style to support their learning preferences and career goals while ensuring the coaching supports the delivery of their Service priorities. It is expected that the providers will have sustainable travel options for the duration of the contract. It is expected that coaching will be one to one preferably face to face. Providers shall ensure that any coach working with a senior leader holds coaching qualifications, professional accreditations and experience to meet the requirements of this up and coming tender, including but not exclusive to - Coaching Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent to practice as an executive coach) Accreditation to one of the professional coaching organisations hence bound by their codes of ethical practice e.g. Association of Coaching; and Accreditation or licence to administer psychometric assessments - if they recommend the use. The future contract notice will remain open until 20th November 2025 and is to gauge supplier interest and inform the potential route to market for Senior Management Coaching Services..
