        "procurementMethodRationale": "The Procurement Service then identified that the supplier, Softcat sits within the following framework: Framework: Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM1557.13 G-Cloud 13 Lot: 2 Cloud Software Period: 9 November 2022 - 8 November 2023 CCS established the above framework via a procurement process which was fully compliant throughout with the requirements of the procurement legislation, in particular the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 and the European Union Public Procurement Directive. As per the G Cloud 13 Buyer guide, the client provided details of their requirements. A search on GCloud 13 was conducted by the Procurement Service by adding key words as filters to drill down the suppliers able to meet the requirement in order to identify the most economically advantageous supplier. Details of the search is saved within the contract file within GCloud 13 which provides a full audit trail of the tender process.",
