Notice Description
Scottish Enterprise is looking to design and build a new online tool/system for Scottish clusters encompassing a new website, playbook and industry directory for each cluster. Working in partnership with Scottish Government, Highlands & Islands Enterprise, and South of Scotland Enterprise, with expert advise from the Strategic Industries Clusters Group (made up of representatives who manage clusters); we are seeking to provide an online resource for a new Scottish Clusters Programme. This new resource should support the growth potential of industry clusters to take full advantage of Scotland's assets, both rural and urban, natural, digital and physical. This work should strengthen the Scottish cluster ecosystem. Partners realise the power of clusters as a vehicle for high-growth innovation driven economies, including their role in scaling innovation and optimising the potential of key industries via collaboration.

Options: The contract will have the option to extend for 2 periods of 12 months to 31 March 2028 and 31 March 2029 (subject to additional budget approval). This will cover year 2 and 3 hosting costs, and year 2 and year 3 maintenance costs.
