Award of Video Production and Editing Services for PIRLS Engagement
Notice Description
The Scottish Government, in partnership with Education Scotland, is commissioning the production and editing of three engagement videos to support Scotland's participation in the 2026 Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS). The videos will be aimed at pupils, parents, and teachers, helping them understand the purpose, process, and importance of the study.The videos will be used across multiple platforms, including school assemblies, classrooms, websites, and social media, to ensure consistent messaging and encourage full participation. By providing clear, engaging, and accessible content, the videos will play a key role in motivating pupils and schools to take part in PIRLS, and in helping parents understand how they can support their child's participation.
