Notice Description

FlexBIO scale-up facility, hosted by Heriot-watt university (Edinburgh) and managed by IBioIC (Strathclyde university) Is is seeking servicing support on an annual basis for its parallel 8 * 2 litre microbial fermenter systems manufactured by eppendorf and purchased in 2016. Each fermenter requires replacement of all o-rings and service and calibration of all air inlet modules, gas analysis units for oxygen and carbon dioxide, temperature, PH and also carbon feed pumps. In addition to a yearly visit, the supplier should also be able to carry out repairs on site and be able to supply parts. The supplier should also be able to interface with the software to provide application support, training and access to DTP insight for doing more advanced calibrations as is typical in servicing.
