The Contracting Authority may at it's sole discretion exercise it's option.

Supply and Delivery of 4" X 3" Superplastic Forming Tool - This contract notice is related to the procurement for the Supply and Delivery of 4" X 3" Superplastic Forming Tool to be used in the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS). The Contracting Authority requires a single supplier to provided a solution with 1200T Superplastic Forming press with overall dimensions of circa 1220 x 915 x 270 mm (made up of two halves of 135 mm thickness) to allow for these components to be formed for a directly funded Boeing project to be used in one of the superplastic forming presses at the NMIS. -
