Blackwood wishes to arrange a formal contract for the provision of Internal Audit Services, commencing on 1 April 2026. The contract will be for the internal audits of Blackwood for an initial three year period commencing on 1 April 2026, subject to annual confirmation and extendable for a maximum of one further 12-month period, by mutual agreement.
