Notice Title

Award of Provision of a Senior Business Analyst (SPPD)

Notice Description

The Social Security Programme has been established to take forward the Scotland Act powers on devolved benefits. This vacancy is in the Business Analysis and Content Unit of the Directorate. A key aspect of this work will be the design of the new service, and the development of processes for the administration of benefits - designing and developing high, mid and low level processes for all of the areas of operational business for the new social security agency. This work will draw on information about existing processes and systems in DWP, and key drivers for the design of public services in Scotland. Requirements definition for the procurement or development of IT systems to support the administration of the devolved benefits will also be crucial.
