Notice Description
The purpose of the contract is to refurbish and upgrade the tenemental buildings at 106, 110 and 116 Stonyhurst Street, Possilpark, Glasgow and bring the properties back into use. The properties have been vacant for over 20 years and are in a state of considerable disrepair.

Once the SPD assessment is completed the panel will short-list those contractors to be invited to tender. Ng homes anticipate taking the five (5) highest scoring bidders. Thereafter, a letter will be issued to each Contractor advising on the outcome of the process.
