Courses in Lot 2 include: CompEx Gas & Vapours (Ex01-04) CompEx Recognised Practitioners Programme (RPP) (Ex01R-04R) (CompEx Refresher Course) CompEx DUST (Ex05-06) CompEx Mechanical (Ex11) CompEx Design (Ex12) CompEx Responsible Person (Ex14) CompEx Foundation (ExF) CompEx Foundation (ExF) PLUS CompEx Water Utilities (Ex09 - Ex10) Tenderers are able to offer additional courses not stated above.

Options: Forth Valley College reserves the right to contract with the successful Associates in Lot 2 to deliver additional courses to those included in the Specification of Requirements under the subject matter of CompEx.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Agreement for a further 2 periods 12 months each, subject to satisfactory performance and continued Authority requirements. The maximum duration of the Agreement, taking into account all possible extensions will be of 48 months.
