1. This Tender is for Bathroom Refurbishment Contract for Hanover (Scotland) Development at Elgin. The refurbishment may be either a full upgrade or a partial renovation depending on the specific requirements of each individual bathroom. The design and scope of each refurbishment will be influenced by various factors, including the size of the bathroom, the positioning of windows and doors, as well as the health and mobility considerations of the residents. 2. For bathrooms that require a full refurbishment, including the installation of a new wet floor shower area, the Hanover Client Representative will be responsible for determining the most appropriate layout plan. This decision will be based on the needs of the resident(s) while also taking into account the location and routing of the foul waste pipe and the main stack, which may impose certain restrictions on the design
