1. This Tender is for Bathroom Refurbishment Contract for Hanover (Scotland) Development at Elgin. The refurbishment may be either a full upgrade or a partial renovation depending on the specific requirements of each individual bathroom. For bathrooms that require a full refurbishment, including the installation of a new wet floor shower area, the Hanover Client Representative will be responsible for determining the most appropriate layout plan.
