Notice Title

Parkhead Hosing Association Framework Agreement for Day-to-Day Reactive Repair Contract for Electrical Work

Notice Description

A comprehensive reactive repair service shall be provided and is classified as Right to Repair as based on the Statutory Scheme, Emergency, Urgent, Routine and Void, each with the appropriate response times detailed in the Summary of Client Requirements contained elsewhere within this document and in the following conditions. It is intended that there will be up to three Contractors appointed to the Framework.

A comprehensive reactive repair service shall be provided and is classified as Right to Repair as based on the Statutory Scheme, Emergency, Urgent, Routine and Void, each with the appropriate response times detailed in the Summary of Client Requirements contained elsewhere within this document and in the following conditions. It is intended that there will be up to three Contractors appointed to the Framework.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland)Regulations 2015.

Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract on a variable basis up to a further 24 month period.
