The Council require to put a new call-off contract in place for the supply of chilled drinking water throughout Council offices, depots and schools, including some properties located within the South Ayrshire area which form part of the Ayrshire Roads Alliance.

The Council require to put a new call-off contract in place for the supply of chilled drinking water throughout Council offices, depots and schools, including some properties located within the South Ayrshire area which form part of the Ayrshire Roads Alliance. The council currently has approximately 115 plumbed-in water coolers (mains fed) which provide safe chilled drinking water. We also have 10 freestanding bottled water coolers. Annex A details numbers, type and location of coolers currently in place. Quantities may vary throughout the term of the contract and the total number is not fully guaranteed. If a cooler is removed from one of our units, a 28-day invoicing period will apply. The removal of a unit does not constitute a variation or termination under the contract terms and conditions.
Renewal: 3 x 1-year extension options.
