Notice Description
HES is looking for a supplier who can - Take a systems approach to scoping a traditional skills hub and scope model by: - Identifying the organisations that operate in this space, their current contribution to traditional skills training provision, the role they could play in a traditional heritage skills hub and spoke ecosystem, and the support required. - Identifying any regional cold spots and make recommendations to how these could be addressed through collaborative partnerships within and outwith the Historic Environment sector - Suggesting appropriate governance, quality assurance, management and administrative models required for an effective hub and spoke model - Calculating the amount of capital funding required for set up and revenue funding, and where that funding could be sourced - Identifying the opportunities and risks of taking a hub and spoke approach
