The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) requires a contract for the provision of a Car Club for a city-wide Car Club for use by members of the public. The Car Club allows access to a car sharing club and to vehicles parked in various locations across the city in dedicated on-street parking places. This contract will ensure that the Council can meet its obligations to provide sustainable travel options in the city and fulfil City Mobility Plan objectives. This contract will operate as a Concession.
