The Contract is for the provision of general insurance and related services, including claims handling, loss control services and advice as required by Craigdale HA, commencing 1 April 2026. Bids are invited from suitably qualified insurance/brokers and direct insurance providers for the entire scope of services.. As stated in the ITT

Renewal: The contract will last for three years to April 2029; with the possibility of a further two single year extensions through to April 2031. The extension of the contract will be at the discretion of CHA Senior Team.
